RETURNS POLICY
Because every piece is handmade and delicate in nature, all sales are final. I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
To keep your decorations looking their best, please:
- Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
- Avoid exposing pieces to moisture, lotions, or perfumes.
- Store in a safe, dry place when not in use.
SHIPPING POLICY
I run this shop solo, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared and shipped.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days before shipment.
- Shipping method: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment within the U.S.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on the way.
Please note that once packages are handed to the mail carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items.
